Nellie Lake

Nellie A. (Smith) Lake, 75, of Beaver Dam, passed away, Sunday, September 19, 2021 under the care of Hospice of Ohio County. She was born October 10, 1945 in Ohio Co., KY to the late Carlos Marion & Josie (Ziglar) Smith. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, David Heath Miller of Alvaton, KY & Michael Eugene McIntyre of Beaver Dam. Ms. Lake was blessed with two grandsons, Clutch Kaiser Miller & Elijah Canyon McIntyre, three granddaughters, Bliss Delayne Wilson - Shepherd, Katawna Gail Raley, & Josie Lynn Wilson, three great grandchildren, Bryan Ace Sloane Shepherd, Huntlee Gunner Shepherd, & Ivory Gail Shepherd. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
