Robert Carroll

Robert Ross Carroll, 73, of Hartford, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 at his home. Robert was born August 8, 1949 in Ohio County to the late Janet Witton. Mr. Carroll was a hard worker, retiring from work as a security guard. He is survived by his dear friend, neighbor and sister, Elisabeth Hoffmeister. A private memorial will be held by the family.
